Our Booking Policy:
A $50 booking deposit is required for all appointment bookings. This excludes our clients on a membership program.
The booking deposit must be paid by credit or debit card.
The $50 booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, may be redeemed on products or services. Please know that if you wish to rebook your appointment, the booking deposit will need to be rolled over as well, unless you become a member with us.
The $50 booking deposit is forfeited should you cancel on the day of your appointment, and an additional $50 booking deposit will be required before your next appointment can be scheduled in. This applies to all clients (both casual and on a membership program).
We understand that times are difficult at the moment with Covid infections increasing at a rapid rate. If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell, please let the clinic know at your earliest convenience. If you need to cancel your appointment on the day to get tested or isolate, we are more than happy to waive the $50 booking deposit with a picture of medical evidence stating you are unwell or have had to be tested. This can be emailed through to: firstname.lastname@example.org Otherwise, a $50 booking deposit will still be required.
